Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors celebrated a strong 2016, with company sales volume of $844,644,683, making 2016 their best year ever. In addition, Ruhl Mortgage closed $148,531,635 in loan volume. "It takes a great team working together to provide our clients their best real estate experiences ever! Thank you for your caring service." Ruhl told her team.
Chris Beason, Broker/Owner, and Caroline Ruhl, President, honored 203 award winners for their 2016 achievements at the Waterfront Convention Center on January 27, 2017. Over 300 agents, staff and affiliated business partners cheered on their co-workers. Top awards were awarded to:

Ruhl Gives Back for the Holidays
Across all of our regions, our offices have been spreading holiday joy by giving back to their communities, as we continually strive for excellence in community service as well within the Ruhl Family. December 2 was the National Association of Realtor's Ring the Bell Day across the nation, and all of our offices participated to help raise funds for the Salvation Army.

Ruhl Agents Care About Community Schools
Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS is dedicated to community service, and it shows in each and every member of our organization. Each quarter, a member of our Ruhl family is recognized for their outstanding commitment to improving our communities. And as the back to school season is upon us, we wanted to take a moment to appreciate the time and effort put in by our offices to ensure that every child was prepared with supplies. Our Clinton Office applied for and received a $500.00 grant from the Iowa REALTOR Foundation, which matched funds with the Quad City Area REALTOR Association. This grant money will go directly back to the community to buy school supplies for children at Bluff Elementary in Clinton, and the agents within our office volunteered to give the supplies to children. REALTrends 500, a trusted source for real estate news and surveys, ranks the top 500 real estate companies in the country based on number of residential transactions and sales volume. According to the 2015 REALTrends survey, Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors ranks number 1 in Iowa, and number 113 nationally. This survey is based on residential transactions only, although when farm, land and commercial transactions are accounted for, Ruhl agents closed an average of 18.3 transactions per agent in 2015.
